Important Delivery Information
Someone must be present — Fire doors are delivered on pallets and require someone to be available at the delivery address to receive and help unload the goods.
Access requirements — Please ensure there is adequate access for a large delivery vehicle. If access is restricted, please let us know at the time of ordering so we can make appropriate arrangements.
Inspection on delivery — Please inspect all items upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours. Do not install a damaged fire door — contact us immediately for a replacement.
Dispatch days — Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the following working day.
